I reached out because my roof started leaking water into my closet. Shingle and Metal Roofs reached out to me the same day I called and they promptly came out for an estimate that same week. They thoroughly inspected the metal roof and the rubber flat roof and provided recommendations. The existing rubber roof was about 10 years old and needed to be replaced and there was some work needed on the metal roof. Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure the metal roof (done by an amateur) was installed correctly and wouldn't cause my problems in the future. We just had two different days of record rainfall and there haven't been any issues with the roof. That peace of mind is why I recommend them to help with your project.
